No matter how old you are, anyone can start Tai Chi training. Through deep breathing and slow movements, you will find your body’s axis and its natural flow. The class is for Tai Chi beginners and those who already found the flow and joy.

Suwaisho No.1 (Qigong method which eliminates excess stagnant Qi and Qi excess)→ 

Suwaisho No.2 (Qigong method which replenishes the body with fresh Qi)

Tantoko(Qigong method to re-center the body by finding the body’s natural axis, collecting Qi into the center of body)

Ba Duan Jin (Qigong method to stimulate / balance the Zang and Fu internal organs)

The Eastern tradition recognizes many types of Qi. By learning about their aspects, and working with the Qi we can eliminate a variety of different diseases and negative mental states. In short, by working with Qi, we can eliminate many deficiencies and excesses.
